Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and bad. The rooms were a bit dark but didn't pose a problem, and they were really nice and had everything ready upon my arrival. However, they had a dungeon-like appearance with a stone floor, rickety zip-up closet, and no pillowcases - we had to use t-shirts to sleep on them. The reading lamps were poor, the bathroom was small, and there were few amenities available. The service, on the other hand, was extra friendly and accommodating, making my stay incredibly pleasant. Despite the room issues, the staff were super friendly and helpful, giving me the best service possible. The location was a bit of a mixed bag - great for being close to Liberia town and key roads to various attractions but situated in a run-down part of town that was a bit questionable. The dining experience was a nice touch overall, offering tasty options to fit different tastes, including a traditional breakfast. Facilities were adequate despite some room shortcomings.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were very clean and had some nice amenities like a fan, bright lights, a flat-screen TV, and the best part was there were absolutely no bugs, which is quite a relief in Central America. However, the rooms felt a bit small and more functional than cozy. The service was top-notch with super friendly and extremely helpful staff. When it comes to the location, it was a bit far from the city center, requiring a cab ride at night, but it was conveniently close to Liberia town, the main road to various attractions, and the airport. The dining experience was top-notch with a variety of tasty options for breakfast. Overall, a homely stay with delicious food. However, the hotel is situated in a run-down part of town, and the location may raise some doubts at first glance.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were small but entirely functional, with a dungeon-like ambiance due to the stone floor and rickety zip-up closet. However, the lack of pillowcases was a bit off-putting, and we had to improvise by using our t-shirts as covers. The service stood out as the best I've encountered, with staff going out of their way to assist with car hire, dry cleaning, and more. The location was a bit out of the way, hidden behind a large gate in a sketchy barrio, making me question my choice. On the bright side, the dining experience was a treat, offering a variety of tasty options that included fruits, eggs, and coffee. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
